SOLD OUT!

An evening walk exploring the fascinating world of bats in Verulamium Park. During the walk, you’ll have the opportunity to use bat detectors to listen to the echolocation calls of different bat species, observe their flight patterns, and learn about the vital role they play in the ecosystem. We will also look out for other wildlife along the river.

The route is short but we will be stopping at regular points to look out for bats. Please note that if rain is forecast the walk will be postponed.

Please park in the Westminister Lodge Car Park (you will need to pay for parking) and then meet at Ye Olde Fighting Cocks- a short walk away.

The Ver Valley Society  is a charity that protects and promotes the precious River Ver, one of the 9 principle chalk streams of the Chilterns. All funding goes towards supporting the groups work.
