A Christmas evening with mince pies and spiders!

Join us for our last Chess Smarter Water Catchment Citizen Scientist Social Evening for 2024.

For this exciting event in Chesham, we will be welcoming Dave Willis, the ‘People and Wildlife Officer’ for the Herts and Middlesex wildlife trust.

Dave will provide an insightful discussion into the world of Spiders. We will learn about the main UK spider groups and families and their web types. We will hear from Dave about the most common species and their ecology.

If spiders are not your thing join us anyway to you can learn something new; the evening is also an opportunity to mingle and chat, while munching on mince pies and sipping hot chocolate!
